First blog writing venture, should be exciting!
Updated: Dec 2, 2021
Writing has never been my strong suit so when I was tasked to write a blog as a reflective journal about the course - IDIO (Individual Dynamics in Organizations), it was a challenge but something new so that's always exciting!
For people who have no clue what IDIO is and what is compelling me to write this blog, a bit of back story...
I worked for the past 2 years and then decided to pursue MBA to upskill myself. I landed in the Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras. This was just 4 months ago, in the last week of July 2021.
IDIO is one of the courses in quarter 2 with a tagline - "Towards an Outcome of Meaning, Flow, Excellence, Fulfillment, Why and What of Organizational Behaviour"
As a traditional HR course and as tainted via social media and friends, my initial impressions were that it would not require too much attention and is not that important in the bigger course of things.

But this curious mind cannot let go of things especially when you get a chance to understand more about yourself or others, the way they behave and the dynamics around them. Additionally, the way our teacher, Viji as she forces us to call her by her first name, teaches and communicates, it's very engaging and that automatically adds on to build your interest.
Some exciting concepts did pique my interest in the very class. Wait for the next blog to find out!
